COACHY has direct interfaces to the payment providers Digistore24 and Copecart. We also have an interface to Zapier, allowing you to connect to numerous well-known providers such as Shopify, WooCommerce or PayPal. You can use it to create and block accounts.
For email marketing, you can connect Mailchimp, Klick-Tipp, Quentn, ActiveCampaign, Brevo, GetResponse, 4leads or CleverReach to your member area. Via Zapier, CRM systems like HubSpot and other providers like Mailerlite can be linked to COACHY. Your contacts in the member area can be automatically forwarded to external systems.
Yes, COACHY is GDPR-compliant. All your data is stored within the EU. As a coach, you can also enter into a contract for order processing (AV agreement).

You also have the option to upload CSV files with your member data. This enables you to import a large number of members into your member area with just a few clicks and simultaneously activate access to courses.
Yes, your members can install an app for your member area on their iPhone or Android smartphone. You can upload your own app icon and define a custom name for the app in the settings of your member area. This makes it possible to completely tailor the app to match your branding.

You can configure the design (e.g., colors, fonts and logo) of the member area according to your wishes and upload your logo. With our Deluxe and Enterprise packages, you can also link your domain name to the member area.

You can equip your member login with 2-factor authentication. In addition to entering a password, the member must enter a code sent to their e-mail address. Alternatively, a smartphone with an Authenticator app can be linked. In this case, the code that appears on the linked smartphone must also be entered every time the member signs in.

Our Deluxe and Enterprise packages allow you to create tests and certificates for your members. As an option, you can also set an automatic certificate issued to members who pass all the tests. You define the design beforehand, and the certificate is available for members as a PDF for downloading from the member area.

Yes, basic statistics (Premium package) allow you to see how many members view your lessons and download files. Advanced statistics (Deluxe and Enterprise packages) will enable you to filter by the learning success of your members in a course and see each member's learning success rate and when content has been completed.
